Hi, I’m tina.

You may be beginning your health journey or you may be well on the road to nourishing you body. Where ever you fall on your path, I hope to help you along the way.

I have spent the last decade cultivating a love of the human experience. Watching how our experience of health can be so individual and how what’s best for one falls short for another.

Through education and experience, I hope to help you find your resting state. One where your being; body, mind and spirt, all come together to create a sense of peace on the various landscape of life.

I have worked with those who are going through the trials and joys of life, post injury, post disease diagnosis or during one of life big changes; bringing humans into the world. In our sessions we will work to find harmony, allowing you to fully embody your spirit and purpose.

Why Chinese Medicine?

After years of working in the massage field, I began to have patients that I could not help. I grew frustrating not having a solution for them, that’s when I decided to pursue more. I found my calling in Chinese medicine, it is a world of clinically successful options, not wishful thinking. I love the deep history and modern relevance the Chinese medicine provides. In working together I hope to help you experience that joy as well.

My Approach

I believe that all humans are born with innate perfection and that you have all the tools we need to be successful and joyful. Life and experience can withhold these truths from us. I have a sincere belief that my job is to remind your divine nature. I hope to remind you of your ability to heal and nourish yourself.

Tina’s Story

Tina started on a path towards alternative healthcare early in life. As a child she struggled with body pain, emotional dysregulation and gastrointestinal issues. Throughout her younger years she was dismissed by allopathic providers. In her early adulthood however, she began to see the nourishing changes made in her body and well-being through her own personal lifestyle changes. By taking an active role in her healing, using nutrition, yoga, and herbal medicine, while working with some wonderful teachers, she regained her health and vitality.

Over the next few years, she developed her understanding of the interworking’s of the human body. Developed first within the world of movement arts with yoga and dance, then with the hope of developing a deeper understanding through massage therapy. In 2013, Tina studied at Sage school of massage with focus on treatment led massage, a deep understanding of anatomy and an appreciation of the human body.

After years of cultivating her massage style and practice, she recognized that she wanted to give more to her patients.  With this in mind, she attended Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, graduating in 2021. This lead to her falling in love with the intricacies of Chinese medical theory, resonating deeply with the perception of the person as a whole. Intertwining both the western medical model and the eastern philosophy to provide patient center care, Tina hopes to help you come into greater alignment with your health and human experience.

Tina has treated many different conditions, including body pain, auto immune conditions, GI issues, mental emotional regulation and women’s health, amongst others. She has a soft place in her heart for growing families and helping expectant parents ready the family to welcome new beings. She has worked in tandem with many different practitioners from oncology to naturopathy, to support her patients.

On her out-of-office days, you will find her spending time in nature with her son, husband and two wild hounds. Never turning down an adventure, she spends her free time putting miles in her hiking boots, powder lines on her snowboard or jumping in any body of water she gets close to!
